Change ASM password

Possibly the easiest was to change the ASM password is to use the following on each instance.

$ +ASM1

ASMCMD> orapwusr –modify –password sys

Enter password: ******
ASMCMD> exit

 

NOTE: This is not applicable for SYSASM privilege.
