In grid control as an administrator

Select “Enterprise -> Compliance -> Library”

Select the “Compliance Standards” tab.

Near the bottom of the list select the line with “Security Recommendations for Oracle Products”

Select “Override Target Type Settings…”

For “Compliance Standard Evaluation Status” select “Disabled”

Select “Ok”
